About the event
This is a simple retreat to allow ourselves the space for silence and stillness while we ground in our meditation practice.
There is something beautiful about meditating in a group. Despite our being in lockdown/shelter at home, this is an incredible opportunity for us to connect with our beloved community and share our joys and sorrows. We are creating a safe space to hold one anohter here, a place where we can unpack our hearts silently or even share using our voices.
