Mindfulness Retreat - Boracay 2020
Stress, anxiety, and fatigue can be constant companions, which can negatively
impact our well-being. When we align with the slower rhythm of nature, we
can rejuvenate our bodies, revitalize our mind, and renew our emotional state.
This retreat gives both beginners and experienced practitioners an opportunity to explore and deepen their relationship with silence, environment, body, feelings, and thoughts. These five days will include guided instruction on mindfulness practices, mindful movements to enhance body awareness, explorations into integrating play, learning to communicate skillfully in small and large groups, and investigating our ability to work compassionately with stress, pain, and grief.
