Set against the tranquil backdrop of a secluded marine sanctuary along the Philippine coast, this five-day silent retreat offers the perfect environment for deepening mindfulness, developing insight, and opening the heart. Participants will delve into the Four Foundations of Mindfulness—body, feelings, mind, and mental objects—while experiencing the interconnectedness of inner and outer worlds.
