A place to practice together
Mindfulness Thursdays is a weekly online gathering hosted by Mindfulness Asia — a simple space to pause in the midst of our lives and practice together.

For 30 minutes, we step away from the momentum of the week to sit, breathe, listen, and reconnect with what is here.

Some people come every week. Others join whenever they can. Some have practiced meditation for many years, while others are just beginning.

There is no need to arrive in any particular state of mind.

Simply come as you are.

About Mindfulness Asia
Mindfulness Asia was founded in 2016 as a space for people across Asia to explore mindfulness through practice, community, and shared learning.

Over the years, teachers, facilitators, and practitioners from different cultures and communities have contributed to what it has become.

Today, Mindfulness Asia continues as a community sustained by practice, friendship, generosity, and the dedication of teachers who help keep these weekly gatherings alive.
