Mindful Awareness Practices
Mindful Awareness Practices are the signature evidenced-based educational programs of the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center.
The MAPs I course is an excellent introduction to mindfulness for beginners. MAPs I provides insight into the basics of mindfulness, how to develop a mindfulness meditation practice, and how mindfulness can be applied in daily life. It is also appropriate for experienced practitioners who wish to revitalize their practice.
Mindfulness for Daily Living

We hold a mindfulness practice session every Thursday evening for community members. These online sessions are for those with an established practice AND new practitioners who may want to co-create a mindfulness practice community.
